About the Role

As a Senior Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in solving complex data challenges, implementing advanced tagging strategies, and developing dashboards that turn raw data into actionable insights. Reporting to senior leaders, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that make a tangible difference.

  • Implement tagging solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and manage server-side tagging and conversion APIs.

  • Drive data integration projects, enabling clients to gain a full view of their customer behaviour.

  • Create custom dashboards to present insights that empower clients to make data-driven decisions.

  • Lead WIP meetings and quarterly business reviews to align on goals, progress, and opportunities.

  • Consult on privacy compliance and guide clients through evolving regulatory landscapes.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture.

  • Take initiative in solving challenges, ensuring projects meet client expectations and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and conversion API management.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.

  • Strong experience building dashboards and uncovering insights (e.g., Google Looker Studio or Tableau).

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align analytics solutions to client business objectives.

  • A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and user consent practices is a bonus.
