Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on project status
Utilize a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance
Lead the development of budgets and forecasts with clients, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient matter and clients are billed correctly for media spend + fees
Develop a thorough understanding of each client's industry, business challenges, and goals to tailor strategies
Engage with internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes and strategic initiatives
Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates
Equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to speak about strategic directions and decisions
Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall, to enhance client strategies and recommendations
Leverage strong knowledge of multiple digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display, etc.) to develop strategic plans, clearly tying channel recommendations to the client’s business goals
What we're looking for:
5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google Analytics. Project Management tools. Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
