The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Team is the backbone of our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. We ensure seamless collaboration across teams, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This role will be instrumental in equipping our Go-To-Market (GTM) team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue growth, effectively market our company and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in training and development, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and build comprehensive training programs from strategy to actual training curriculum and delivering that training material to our employees.
✨ What will you be doing?
Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive GTM team success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) to gather relevant information and insights for training content.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members.
Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
Work closely with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure consistent application of training insights.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales enablement materials and current messaging, positioning, and product offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve enablement strategies.
💬 Who are we looking for:
Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
You have exceptional written and spoken English
You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience training teams.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with sales methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales engagement tools).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
