Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team. You will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, enabling our team to achieve maximum efficiency and success. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other departments to streamline workflows, provide essential support, and drive sales performance. 

How you will make an impact

    • Streamline Sales Processes:
    • Analyze and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify bottlenecks and work with sales leadership to implement solutions that enable the team to close deals faster.
    • Implement tools and best practices to support continuous improvement in sales workflows.
    • Sales Enablement:
    • Ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date collateral, training materials, and the necessary tools to succeed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to align resources and messaging for the sales team.
    • Tailor existing approved templates to meet unique customer / audienceProvide regular feedback and training to the sales team on new processes, systems, and tools.
    • Manage the inbound flow of requests from sales to product, marketing, and operations as the single PoC for the org.
    • Proposal Development Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to craft proposals that meet client needs and adhere to company guidelines.
    • Maintain a library of standard proposal documents and ensure all content is current and compliant.
    • Support sales with updating proposal documentation with unique customer data and analysis provided by the analytics team.
    • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to provide insights to the sales team and leadership.
    • Conduct regular sales performance reviews with the team, ensuring alignment with targets and providing action-oriented insights.
    • Track sales pipeline health and forecast accuracy to support decision-making for sales strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Work closely with RevOps to ensure all sales contracts are accurately represented in our systems and invoices are timely and accurate based on sales agreement. 

What we are looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
