A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Enablement Partner (SEP) is an integral extension of the sales leadership team, aligning with specific regions to empower AEs and BDRs through tailored learning programs and coaching. They adapt centrally developed initiatives (e.g., product, process, and systems training) to meet regional needs, leveraging customer insights and local nuances. SEPs collaborate with sales leadership to enhance learning impact, close skill gaps, and achieve business goals. Focused on driving meaningful value, they prioritize learning stickiness, possess deep business acumen, and thrive in dynamic environments with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This role supports the NAMER region while aligning with global counterparts in EMEA/APAC.
