Painting Business Pro is growing and looking for a Sales Director to help take their team to the next level!

They help individuals build wildly successful companies through their proven training programs, leadership development, and comprehensive support systems. With a rapidly growing portfolio and an ambitious roadmap, Painting Business Pro is looking for a Sales Director to optimize their sales processes and lead their high-performing sales team

This role includes:

• Mastering our current sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Leading by example through direct sales and optimizing sales scripts and strategies.
• Recruiting, hiring, and coaching a world-class sales team, scaling from 2 to 10+ reps.
• Implementing structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales rhythms to ensure accountability and drive results.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
• Driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in scaling sales teams from small to large, preferably from 2 to 10+.
• Strong background in high-ticket sales and two-step sales processes.
• Experience managing paid/cold traffic conversion strategies.
• Demonstrated success in developing and improving sales scripts and processes.
• Ability to install and manage structured sales rhythms.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results.

Compensation: Starting at $120k Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses
