We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who shares our passion for education. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or a deep interest in the field, and will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating and nurturing leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales team.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.
Research and understand the needs and pain points of potential clients in the K-12 education sector.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Brisk Teaching's AI tool and its benefits for teachers and students.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos between potential clients and our sales team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market research.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years in sales, sales development, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the K-12 education space.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales activities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
