Sales Assistant

 This position will work in the office in Cherry Hill, NJ. It is not a remote position.

The Sales Assistant will prepare sales reporting, prepare sales and marketing materials and presentations, assist with scheduling needs, provide general support for sales representatives in field, prepare written correspondence, handle incoming and outbound calls, and otherwise support sales force by completing clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepares Sales presentations and proposals.
  • Supports sales team in field by preparing competitive analysis, preparing presentations, gathering data, coordinating distribution of supplies, materials, etc.
  • Conducts research, and compiles and prepares statistical reports.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, makes outbound calls and arranges conference calls.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
  • Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree, or High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organization
  • Excellent computer skills including:  Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Basic math skills – able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Excellent analytical skills.

Pay Range:

$19.66 - $29.04 /hour

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
