The Role 

LeafLink is seeking a Revenue Team Intern to assist with an array of projects. This role will report to our Director of Customer Success. The position can be fully remote. LeafLink’s Revenue Team is tasked with supporting the success of our customers, growing the business through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion, and developing the strategies and tactics to grow revenue. This individual will support LeafLink’s Revenue Team by assisting with data analysis, supporting Revenue Team leadership on various short-term and long-term projects, assisting with process improvements, and helping refine strategy and tactics.

The ideal candidate must be action-oriented, resourceful, and have a direct but adept communication style. We expect everyone at LeafLink to be humble and get their hands dirty in day-to-day tasks while servicing the company and our customers above all else. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with projects that are critical to the business and the growth of revenue
  • Partner with sales, account management, support, revenue operations, and other teams to provide support on analysis and data entry
  • Work closely with a team of skilled and experienced leaders as they develop strategy and deploy tactics to drive customer retention and acquisition
  • Research, draft, and workshop important deliverables within the Revenue Team and across the LeafLink organization. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
  • Experience or a background in business, finance, and/or data is recommended
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a wide variety of audiences. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills and/or experience in data analysis and research are preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce, Sigma, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite is preferred
  • Interest in the intersection of cannabis, startups, and business

  • $15/hour (max 30 hours/week)
