What You Will Accomplish:

    • Help Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and execute strategies that optimize revenue streams, improve pipeline velocity, and increase conversion rates.
    • Drive Operational Excellence: Establish and refine operational processes that reduce inefficiencies and improve team performance across all revenue channels.
    • Optimize Technology Stack: Ensure the CRM and associated tools are fully optimized, integrated, and utilized to support meeting company revenue targets.
    • Achieve Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a robust framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key revenue metrics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
    • Enhance Forecast Accuracy: Build and maintain accurate forecasting models that align with organizational targets and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Develop Compensation Plans: Develop and gain leadership alignment of variable compensation models and plans across GTM organization. 
    • Streamline Onboarding and Enablement: Build training programs and materials to enhance team productivity and reduce ramp-up time for new sales, success, and marketing hires.
    • Improve Customer Retention: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify churn risks and improve retention and expansion strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

    • Strategic Vision: Proven experience creating and executing sales, success, and marketing strategies that tightly align with company objectives.
    • Financial Planning & Analysis:  Expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, compensation and financial modeling, attribution, and revenue lifecycle management metrics (e.g. CAC, CLV, NRR)
    • Technology Stack:  Hands-on experience managing and optimizing CRMs (e.g. Hubspot) and adjacent revenue tools, while driving decisions to alter/add to our revenue technology stack.    
    • Project Management: Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, from inception, through team alignment and execution. 
    • Communication:  Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on presenting insight clearly and persuasively.

Compensation:

    • Compensation at Eve is highly competitive and determined based on experience, seniority, and considerations of both internal and external equity, as well as location. For this position, the OTE  range is between $168,000 - $200,000 USD per year.
    • In addition to a compelling OTE, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
