Hybrid, Buenos Aires.

Mostly remote. In office as needed.

About the Company:

At AuditBoard we are creating a global platform for Connected Risk to transform the way enterprises manage their audit, risk, and compliance programs. And we're always looking for inspired and inspiring teammates to join the talented AuditBoard team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead release management process that involves cross-functional coordination and creative problem solving 

  • Provide timely engineering operational KPI reports for key Executive stakeholders

  • Experience managing software releases at a B2B SaaS company, including experience with feature flagging tools such as LaunchDarkly

  • Drive organizational adoption of and improvements to release management process with engineers, product managers, marketing, customer-facing teams, technical writers

  • Create and execute communication plans to drive visibility and alignment within organization

  • Ability to optimize for the customer experience first and also scalability and efficiency of processes

Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical industry such as engineering, IT, etc.

  • Experience working on SaaS web applications

  • Experience with go to market phase of software development lifecycle

  • Experience managing software releases at a B2B SaaS company, including  management of code deploy vs feature release process/ tools 

  • Prefer to have experience with LaunchDarkly and/or experience with other feature flagging platforms

  • Minimum intermediate experience with Jira

  • Proven process improvement experience

  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative to identify and solve problems with minimal guidance, focused on tactical time frames

  • Strong communicator to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proficient in identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks for projects.

  • Fully proficient in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments for multiple projects
