Ataccama is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales to lead our efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the enterprise software space. As the Regional Vice President of Strategic Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Ataccama's market presence, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Your Challenge

    • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for North America targeting tier 1 insurance and financial services organizations, aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Build, lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization and cross functionally.
    • Develop a strategic playbook that focuses on expanding existing customer relationships and growing our footprint in the Fortune 100 via new logo acquisition. 

    • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Ataccama's footprint in the North American market, specifically Insurance, Financial Services and Manufacturing.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

    • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages individual and collective success.

Is this You?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven track record of at least 8 years in enterprise software sales, with a focus on data management solutions.
    • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of the data management and governance landscape.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results.
