As we continue to grow across domestic and international markets, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Director with proven success in Turkey and international regions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our global footprint and be a key driver of our revenue growth in strategic sectors both nationally and internationally.
What is the Role?
To penetrate medium and large-scale accounts with a focus on companies based in Turkey and selected international markets. The primary responsibility of the role will be to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales across the assigned accounts, domestic, and international markets. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for providing consistent management, planning, and reporting. The position can be based in any location in Turkey.
What you’ll be responsible;
- Conduct thorough market research to establish the addressable market with key prospects in Turkey and internationally.
- Develop annual business plans, determining sales and activity goals required for achievement of assigned quota.
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas for both domestic and international markets.
- Create a consistent activity pipeline and manage opportunities and account plans.
- Prepare sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, and monitor performance; adjust sales strategies and plans as needed.
- Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the competition.
- Pursue small, medium, and large prospects and leads; negotiate terms of sales to maximize business success.
- Collaborate with other departments (especially implementation and client services) to align sales with overall corporate objectives.
- Propose and implement opportunity and account plans to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and retention.
- Establish effective relationships with internal/external clients through a consistent commitment to exceed expectations.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle across Turkey and international markets: from prospecting and lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Large Retail sectors.
- Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage sales forecasts, pipeline development, and regular performance reporting.
- Attend national and international industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate brand awareness and create new opportunities.
- Provide strategic feedback from the field to help shape product development and market fit.
- Adapt strategies to local cultures, regulatory environments, and buyer behavior across the Turkish and international landscape.
- Ensure CRM data (e.g., HubSpot) is accurate and up to date.
We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years of software sales experience targeting senior-level executives. SaaS and/or marketing software industry experience preferred.
- Experience in selling IT solutions to the Financial Services and/or Telecom Industry is a significant plus.
- Strong financial acumen and innovative business development orientation.
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets; strong skills in account plan development.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
