Our client is a leading recruitment company working with international clients across industries. They are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from the existing talent pool and external job platforms and direct outreach.
  • Optimise candidate profiles to enhance their visibility and alignment with job opportunities.
  • Conduct and mediate interviews between candidates and clients as needed.
  • Perform thorough reference checks to verify candidate credentials and experience.
  • Post new job vacancies across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Manage candidate progression through application stages, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Address and respond to queries from clients and candidates, providing timely feedback.
  • Maintain regular check-ins with placed candidates to ensure a smooth transition and job satisfaction.

Requirements



  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
