About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Project Manager to own key projects and initiatives within our hiring process. Reporting to the Senior Recruiting Operations Manager, this person will be responsible for developing structured hiring tools, including rubrics for interviewer questions tailored to various role levels, and designing comprehensive training programs for the recruiting team and interviewers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process optimization, data analysis, dashboard creation and talent acquisition, to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience.

What You'll Accomplish

    • Develop and implement structured interviewer question rubric that aligns with job levels and competencies
    • Create and deliver training programs for recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers on best practices, interviewer calibration, and candidate evaluation by job level and role
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to refine and standardize interview processes
    • Develop instrumentation and feedback mechanisms to drive strong initial outcomes and continuous improvement 
    • Drive progress on ad hoc operations projects as requested by the recruiting leadership team
    • Refine and maintain documentation related to outcomes of projects
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions to enhance hiring and team efficiency
    • Work cross-functionally with HR, talent acquisition, and department leaders to ensure alignment of hiring practices with company goals

Your Expertise

    • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment operations project management
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
$50/hour

This is a 6 month contract.
