Job Description: We are seeking a Proposal Writing Success Manager to play a pivotal role in customer success by teaching and guiding clients through onboarding, best practices, and advanced usage of our AI platform. Your role will focus on helping customers blend AI with traditional proposal methodologies to maximize their success. As a key member of our customer success team, you will leverage your industry experience in proposal or business development to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring clients understand and can effectively use our AI platform.

• Teach best practices for blending AI with traditional proposal methodologies, enhancing proposal success rates.

• Provide advanced training and support to help customers fully leverage the capabilities of our platform.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.

• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.

• Stay current with industry trends and AI advancements to continuously improve training materials and customer guidance.

• Experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related role within the government contracting industry.

• Strong interest in learning and applying AI technologies to enhance traditional methodologies.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 1-3 years in a proposal-related or business development role.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with government contracting processes and requirements.

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms is a plus.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.

• While formal education is not a strict requirement, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
