Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of key projects within our pharmaceutical organization through the end of the year. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, Agile methodologies, and experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a detailed project plan for SAP enhancements
- Facilitate prioritization meetings with business and digital stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quality and CSV teams to define and execute validation strategies.
- Coordinate with the SAP release manager to schedule transports and deployments.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with digital management.
- Oversee enhancements across various SAP modules, including EWM, PP, and QM.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for project management, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with digital teams (SAP, Data, BI) and business stakeholders.
- General Project Management:
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint mode using Jira.
- Experience managing SAP enhancement projects, including coordination with development, quality, and release management teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with supply chain processes and related systems (e.g., EWM, PP, QM, S4, IBP, MES, EQMS, LIMS).
- Knowledge of CSV and validation processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
Contract Duration: To start as soon as possible until the end of the year.
