Key Responsibilities
Shape the Vision
• Build a roadmap that delivers real value to users and push the boundaries of what Web3 lending can do.
• Turn big ideas into actionable steps that keep the dev team moving forward.
Talk to Your People
• Get inside the minds of users to figure out what they need most.
• Be their advocate, transforming insights into features that make a difference.
• Take the lead on pilot projects, making sure everything works like it should.
Get It Done
• Own the product lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with devs to bridge the gap between what users want and how it works under the hood.
• Prioritize ruthlessly, problem-solve on the fly, and keep the momentum strong.
What We’re Looking For
You Know Your Stuff
• Proven track record in Product Management, preferably in Web3, fintech, or tech startups.
• You know how to guide cross-functional teams and deliver products that users actually love.
You’re Obsessed With Users
• You enjoy talking to users and figuring out how to solve their problems.
• You focus on creating intuitive, game-changing experiences.
You Speak Blockchain
• Solid understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and lending protocols.
• Comfortable enough with technical concepts to chat with devs and understand the why behind the code.
You’re a Builder at Heart
• Startups excite you, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• You take ownership, find creative solutions, and keep pushing forward—even when it’s messy.
