About Us
Remo is building the new standard of dementia care. As a virtual provider, our expert clinical team designs care around patient and family needs (instead of a one-size-fits-all approach). Our care model empowers patients to age in place, surrounded by those they love. We also empower family caregivers with a vibrant community of other caregivers, expert content, and tools to manage the path ahead. With Remo, patients and caregivers get the support they deserve and providers get the job satisfaction they crave.
About The Role
As the Product Operations Manager at Remo, your primary responsibility will be to product manage the product organization experience – the internal employees at Remo are your customers. This means you will lead how Product communicates and collaborates across functions with the goal of co-creating the best possible product for dementia care.
This role is perfect for someone who loves “enabling” – your job will be to seek out the pain points / opportunities in how we operate within Product and across the rest of the organization so that everyone has relevant information and clear expectations as it relates to their role and the overall product strategy.
Facilitate and continuously improve the product release process by managing the Go/No-Go checklist, coordinating across DRIs and gathering feedback on how we can continue to improve the process.
Train internal teams on product changes that materially affect their workflows so that they are aware and successfully onboarded to the new experience.
Govern the Product Roadmap as a source of truth of what Product is focusing on now, next, later and why it matters.
Maintain our values and operating principles across these three crucial areas:
How we do Product (outcomes over outputs).
How we share Product feedback (product feedback loops).
How we meet (communication and collaboration).
Facilitate gathering user data and insights in close partnership with Product, Data, Design, and Growth to help inform the Product Roadmap.
