You Will 🚀
Work together with a Head of Marketing on a full-funnel marketing strategy tailored to Web3 users that you will own and execute. You will be guiding them from education and awareness to loyalty and advocacy.
Set and achieve ambitious marketing goals aligned with P2P vision for decentralized finance and community growth.
Work on messaging, positioning, and branding strategies that resonate with crypto-native audiences, ensuring alignment across all channels, communities, and ecosystem partnerships.
Highlight P2P’s unique value within the blockchain ecosystem by designing campaigns that emphasize our strengths in the Web3 landscape.
Stay ahead of emerging Web3 trends, using on-chain analytics, community feedback, and industry developments to optimize strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Build relationships with Web3 communities, fostering organic growth, product adoption, and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and ecosystem partners to develop co-marketing campaigns that expand P2P reach.
You Have 🤓
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing within a B2B tech environment.
Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.
Outstanding project management abilities, combined with a proactive approach to executing tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to extract insights from metrics and analytics to adjust campaigns as needed.
Fluent English
