Product Manager, Platform Expansion

Description

Join Revive Media to help advertisers across the country scale their localized Connected TV advertising. Our business is growing rapidly and we’re in the midst of transforming from a services agency to a product-led business with our new native platform. This new platform is currently used internally and will need support to drive adoption across the organization before pivoting to sell it more broadly in the future.

We are a small, remote-first team of high-performing professionals with diverse backgrounds located across many time zones, including North America, Europe, and Asia. We prioritize asynchronous communication and documentation but come together as a team to solve hard problems.

Position Overview

As the Platform Expansion Product Manager you will be responsible for integrating new ad channels throughout the Revive offering. By partnering with Account Strategy, Business Development, and Media Operations you will own the roadmap that enables our team to sell and operationalize ad products. This ad platform expansion is key to our growth plans in 2025 and you will play a critical role in our success.

The ideal candidate is a hands on PM that gets in the weeds with engineers while also acting strategically to help make business decisions. You have deep experience managing integrations and working directly with those partners to continually improve your product. Additionally, you must be comfortable managing large cross-team product rollouts.

Responsibilities

  • Product Requirements: Define and document product features through wireframes, specifications, and requirements.
  • Integration Research and Scoping: Lead the review of partner API documentation and gap analysis as well identifying new opportunities across the ad tech space.
  • Product Development: Work with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to ensure timely development of new features.
  • Go-To-Market Product Launch: Partner with sales, marketing and operations to rollout new capabilities, provide training and documentation, and continually grow product usage.
  • Product Roadmap: Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Product Support: Own the support of platform integrations and related product support issue management.

What to expect in your first 90 days

Month 1 - Get your bearings

  • Shadow Revive product team members to learn how they accomplish their day-to-day work
  • Learn how our software, tools, and business processes work by completing training sessions and responding to internal support inquiries
  • Get ad platform certified (Amazon, DV360, etc)

Month 2 - Dive into the backlog

  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to begin work on the next platform integration
  • Take over live integration support requests and triage.
  • Become familiar with more advanced advertising concepts and Revive’s differentiation in the market

Month 3 - Product roadmap ownership

  • Partner with product leadership to take ownership of the platform expansion backlog
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to identify and address process improvements for product and engineering team efficiency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software and integration product management
  • Experience with remote and multi-national teams
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing API documentation
  • Experience leading cross-functional product rollouts
  • The communication skills necessary to translate between user needs and technical realities of building complex tools
  • Detail oriented with an instinct for creating intuitive user experiences to solve complex customer problems
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced product development environment
  • Ability to make decisions independently and collaborate where necessary
  • Experience in ad tech or knowledge of the digital advertising market is helpful but not required
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience with wireframing and design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Miro, etc

Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $130,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees and does not include equity and variable pay.
