Product Manager (Online Casino/Poker)

The Online Casino / Poker Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online casino and poker products, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and consistent growth in emerging markets. This role will involve a blend of strategic planning, product management, market analysis, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the expansion and success of our casino and poker offerings in key regions.

Key tasks:

  • Lead the strategic direction for our online casino and poker products, particularly in emerging markets.

  • Collaborate with product teams to define and execute on new game releases, features, and enhancements tailored to regional preferences.

  • Drive innovation in game offerings, ensuring the portfolio aligns with player demands, trends, and emerging market dynamics.

  • Analyze customer behavior and industry trends to continually optimize product performance and player engagement.

  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth in emerging markets (e.g., Latin America, Asia, Eastern Europe, etc.), leveraging market research, player preferences, and regulatory environments.

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for entering and expanding in new regions, including managing partnerships with local vendors, affiliates, and service providers.

  • Adapt the product offering to meet the specific regulatory and cultural requirements of each market, ensuring compliance and optimizing player experience.

🚀Must have:

  • Strong understanding of online gaming technologies, product development, and market entry strategies in emerging markets.

  • Expertise in market analysis and performance optimization, including knowledge of key metrics (e.g., ARPU, ARPPU, churn rate, lifetime value).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in different regions.
