For one of our clients, we are looking for a Principal Architect to work remotely from the UK or Europe.

As a Principal Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative, AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack development to create intelligent, scalable systems. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to drive transformative initiatives. Your strong technical foundation, combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills, will inspire teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop AI-enhanced Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support innovation and presales efforts, leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics.
  • Architect and design intelligent product solutions, focusing on integrating AI algorithms and predictive models for scalability and performance.
  • Provide consultative guidance to business stakeholders and clients, crafting solution architectures optimized with AI and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot platform issues and offer strategic, AI-powered insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor and lead teams, fostering collaboration and driving the adoption of advanced AI technologies across projects.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of software development experience, with at least 7 years in solutions or principal architecture roles.
  • Strong expertise in Python backend development, including frameworks like Django and Flask, and familiarity with PHP and Java.
  • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS (e.g., Lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, Redshift, NoSQL).
  • Proven ability to deploy and integrate AI/ML models in production environments using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in designing microservices, REST APIs, and full-stack web applications.
  • Deep knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Couchbase, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with agile development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
