Position Overview 

As the Pipeline Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by owning and optimizing our pipeline strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting with new approaches, and driving measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for making our sales pipeline a predictable, high-velocity engine for growth, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to remove friction, automate processes, and drive pipeline acceleration.

What You'll Do 🤔

  • Pipeline Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement pipeline strategies that drive scalable revenue growth, including outbound programs, ABM campaigns, and prescriptive sales plays.

  • Experimentation & Iteration: Build and run experiments to identify high-leverage activities, optimize outbound sequences, and test new tactics for generating pipeline.

  • Technology & Tools: Leverage a modern GTM stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, ChatGPT, Demandbase, Zoominfo, and AI tools, to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Outbound Focus: Design and execute outbound strategies that maximize reach and conversion, including account targeting, multi-threading, and lead nurturing.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build dashboards, automate reporting, and define metrics to track progress and identify bottlenecks.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure tight alignment on pipeline goals, including funnel efficiency, conversion rates, and sales acceleration.

  • AE and BDR Enablement: Support AEs and BDRs with playbooks, training, and insights to improve outbound productivity and pipeline contribution.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine pipeline processes to reduce friction, improve data quality, and create a scalable motion for outbound growth.

What Makes You a Great Match for Us? 😍

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, BDR management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in building and scaling outbound programs and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Clay, ChatGPT, and Zoominfo.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Technical aptitude for building automations and integrating systems to reduce manual work.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Bonus Points

  • Experience as a BDR leader, sales hacker, or growth marketer.

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) and multi-threading tactics.

  • Comfort with AI tools and prompt engineering to drive automation and efficiency.
