Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with passion for customer success?

We're hiring a Performance Specialist interested in building their career with one of the fastest-growing companies in retail automotive. As a Performance Specialist, you will partner with the Performance Managers to help drive monthly meetings that result in ongoing support, training, revenue growth, and retention for current dealership partners at AutoFi.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
    • Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and calla plan of action
    • Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to effectively schedule Performance and/or Training sessions for the management team
    • Partner with Performance Directors to gain performance account management, learn best practices, and grow your career
    • Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

    • Adaptable, personable, persistent
    • Prior experience as Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in Automotive Dealership
    • Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
    • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
    • Identify with our Core Behaviors owners: empathetic, gritty, curious, and humble

$65,000 - $70,000 a year
