This position is gping to support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee lifecycle activities. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient functioning of recruitment, onboarding, and documentation operations while providing a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Responsabilities:
- Posting job openings on job boards, social media, and the company website.
- Screening resumes and coordinating initial interviews with candidates.
- Maintaining an updated database of candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and induction materials.
- Keeping employee files, records, and information organized and accurate.
- Coordinating employee integration initiatives and events (both in-person and remote).
- Monitoring and responding to HR-related inquiries promptly.
- Supporting attendance tracking and leave management.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated to staff.
- Assisting in compliance audits and reporting requirements.
