People Operations Generalist

Who You Are: 
You are a driven individual who thrives in a growth oriented environment, has high accountability and is passionate about creating an amazing service experience for both leaders and team members alike. You’ll support the People Operations Business Partners in their day-to-day operations, including managing the administration of their processes, supporting employee relations, and assisting with projects and initiatives.

What You Will Do:

    • Support the People Partners to convert strategies into action; meet changing business and talent needs to support the objectives of HighLevel.
    • Work with the Business Partners to identify the 30, 60, and 90 day training and development needs for new team members.
    • Support on employee relations issues, including partnering with managers on Corrective Actions, Performance Improvement Plans, and other disciplinary or coaching documentation. 
    • Engage and influence team members to support and implement People Ops initiatives across the organization.
    • Build out monthly and quarterly reporting and data dashboards with People Ops related data for department leaders. 
    • Assist with stay interviews and engagement survey check in meetings with team members.
    • Manage administrative processes for Business Partners, including processes around offboarding, career expansions, leave of absences, and documentation filing.
    • Work with People Partners to update and apply policies and procedures consistently across the business.
    • Partner closely with the People Operations team in India and the US People Team to drive continuous improvement and support on projects and initiatives.
    • Support in the facilitation of training initiatives to streamline change management and/or development opportunities for leaders and team members.
    • Assist with the maintenance and documentation of internal HR processes and controls as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 3+ years' experience in an HR role showing increasing responsibility.
    • Experience collaborating with business management teams and forging strong relationships.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
    • Experience supporting and/or building materials for employee engagement, training, and onboarding/offboarding.
    • Strong Google sheets and Excel proficiency. 
    • Previous experience with HR information systems. 
    • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues.
    • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization across multiple teams.
    • Knowledge of BambooHR a plus.
