Description
Frontier Psychiatry is dedicated to enhancing the emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being of underserved rural communities by providing accessible, evidence-based care in psychiatry and addiction medicine through telehealth. Since its inception in March 2020, Frontier Psychiatry has successfully expanded its services across Montana, Idaho and Alaska.
As the Partnership Associate at Frontier Psychiatry, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our telepsychiatry services. You will establish and cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, including mental health professionals, primary care physicians, hospitals, and behavioral health organizations, to generate patient referrals. Your ability to foster relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate across teams will be essential to the success of our mission to increase access to mental health care through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Managing Partnerships: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, including mental health professionals, physicians, and community health organizations to ensure a steady flow of patient referrals to our telepsychiatry services.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, networking events, and industry publications. Proactively reach out to prospective partners via email, cold calls, and follow-up communications to build new relationships and expand the referral network.

Partner Engagement: Execute and manage outreach strategies to keep current partners engaged and ensure that they continue referring patients. This includes regular follow-ups, scheduling virtual or in-person meetings, and providing them with relevant updates about our services.

Administrative Support for Partnerships: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials needed for partner meetings and pitches. Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and partner interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with teams such as clinical and operations, to ensure that partnerships are integrated smoothly and that partners are receiving the support they need.

Reporting & Documentation: Regularly update internal teams and leadership on partnership status, lead generation efforts, and other relevant activities. Track all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting.

Event Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed to represent Frontier Psychiatry and build relationships with potential new partners.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required by the business, including handling special projects or other operational duties that align with the company’s objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education, Experience & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership management, preferably within the healthcare, telemedicine, or behavioral health industries.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and tracking outreach efforts, managing relationships, and reporting.
- Previous experience in managing partnerships or business relationships within a service-oriented industry.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all partner interactions, lead generation efforts, and administrative tasks are thoroughly documented and accurately tracked in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical operations, customer success) to ensure alignment on partnership goals and day-to-day operations.
