Paid Media Specialist

 Join a leading company in the fitness industry dedicated to empowering individuals through innovative training solutions. As they expand their digital marketing efforts, they are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives across various platforms including Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, and Amazon. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the creative and brand marketing teams to drive the success of the company's business.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Campaign Implementation: Manage the end-to-end process of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon, focusing on strategy, targeting, bidding, content, and creative assets.

  • Multi-Touch Attribution Analytics: Utilize multi-touch attribution models to optimize campaign performance and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions across various touchpoints.

  • A/B Testing Execution: Execute A/B testing for landing pages, and ad copy to gather statistically significant data and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with the creative team to leverage insights from campaign performance and enhance future concepts.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and compile detailed reports on key performance metrics to share with internal teams.

  • Ad Copywriting: Write concise and compelling ad messages for paid media campaigns.

  • Project Management: Manage marketing projects efficiently, maintaining priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Additional Marketing Projects: Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years marketing experience.

  • Minimum 3+ years of media buying and ads trafficking, with a track record of building high-converting funnels and driving quantifiable results.

  • Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Marketplace Ads.

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working in e-commerce and D2C products.

  • Proven experience managing large six-figure annual media budgets.

  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Adwords.

  • Strong skills in Google Suite products.

Extra Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:

  • Experience in Snapchat, TikTok, or Pinterest ads trafficking.

  • Experience in app install ads and Apple Search ads.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.

  • Previous experience in an agency setting.

  • Experience with subscription products.
