Position: Paid Ads Manager

Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, 8 AM - 5 PM EST

Pay Range: $2,500-$4,000/month

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role requires expertise in both front end and back end aspects of digital advertising, as well as the ability to oversee and execute the entire ad process from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships
  • Coordinate with staff to develop and implement scalable PPC strategy across target brands
  • Assistance with decision-making pertaining to current bids, targeting, ad placements, geo-settings, and time-of-day scheduling
  • Monthly summary performance report to provide an overview of past performance and future PPC goals.
  • Monitoring and analysis of Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaign data to
  • make data-driven decisions, providing an outline of analysis and process to Staff.
  • Work with staff to implement a manageable Google search campaign with keywords based on seasonality, and top-selling items.
  • Responsible for the restructuring of Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns.
  • Assist with CPC budget control and management of ad spend.
  • Continuous audience building
  • Assistance with Google Analytics setup and configuration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in front-end and back-end aspects of paid advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends
  • Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Extensive experience with Adobe, Canva or comparable software (include examples in portfolio)
  • Experience with Meta and Google
  • Provide a portfolio of previous work and projects
