Outbound Caller / Lead Development Representative

Our client is seeking a seasoned Outbound Caller / Lead Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves reaching out to builders, investors, and contractors to identify funding needs for residential building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling, excellent communication skills, and a knack for uncovering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the residential construction industry.
    • Identify and qualify leads for funding opportunities.
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
    • Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system.
    • Uncover and document potential opportunities for Trentium Capital’s funding solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the finance or construction industry.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with potential clients.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience with CRM tools for updating and tracking lead information (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with residential construction financing or lending practices.
    • Previous experience working with contractors, builders, or real estate investors.
    • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
    • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Number of outbound calls made daily/weekly.
    • Number of qualified leads generated.
    • Appointment-setting success rate.
    • Data accuracy and completeness in CRM updates.
    • Conversion rates from lead to opportunity.
$7.50 - $8.50 an hour
