Your tasks:

    • Solution Development: Design, implement, and customize MES solutions using .NET, C#, and other relevant technologies, ensuring optimal integration with production systems.
    • Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to analyze their manufacturing processes, define requirements, and design tailored software solutions.
    • System Integration: Implement, configure, and integrate MES solutions with ERP, APS, WMS, and other third-party systems to streamline operations.
    • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and address any issues or adjustments to ensure seamless functionality of the solutions.
    • Project Management: Independently manage smaller projects, from initial design and development to implementation and post-delivery support.
    • Training and Support: Provide training to end users on the implemented solutions and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the software (ca. 5-10%).

What you’ll need:

    • Software development experience in C#, .NET, or other object-oriented programming languages.
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL database applications and SQL Server Reporting Services.
    • Good command of the English language (C1/C2) for technical communication and documentation.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience in the IT industry).
    • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to work.
    • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.

Nice to have:

    • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
    • Hands-on experience with system integration (ERP, APS, WMS, or other systems).
    • Working with LEAN concepts and production process optimization.
    • Experience with machines and OPC integration.
    • Knowledge of the Appeon (PowerBuilder) environment.
