The Opportunity:
Weβre looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our media and publisher operations team. Youβll play a critical role in keeping data accurate, processes smooth, and teams aligned. Publisher Operations Support:
- Contact Maintainer π: Maintain and update publisher contact details for accuracy
- CRM Organizer ποΈ: Consolidate duplicate publisher records or aliases in CRM systems
- Onboarding Assistant π: Correspond with publishers during onboardingβcoordinate link building, pixel testing, and billing verification
- Launch Supporter π―: Track, document, and support new publisher launches, tests, and turn-downs with Publisher Managers
- Data Logger π: Ensure publisher property information is correctly logged and up to date
- Benchmark Collector π: Request and store benchmark stats for performance projections
- Test Tracker π§ͺ: Process test orders for new accounts and assist with troubleshooting as needed
Campaign & Asset Management:
- Media Kit Collector π: Request, review, and store publisher media kits and placement samples
- Creative QA Specialist π¨: Ensure creatives match publisher specs and requirements
- Review Facilitator β
: Coordinate internal review, feedback, and approvals for placement comps
- Creative Librarian πΌοΈ: Store client-approved creatives and keep live documentation current
- Link Builder π: Generate and distribute tracking links, ensuring proper setup and communication
- Pixel Integrator π₯: Request postback integrations, piggyback pixels, and manage testing workflows
Billing & Financial Coordination:
- Finance Communicator π¬: Liaise with finance teams to communicate billing terms and project details
- IO Checker π: Ensure insertion orders are in place for all billing needs
- Billing Tracker πΈ: Monitor and log billing changes and opportunities in the project management system
Project & Process Management:
- Data Integrity Lead π: Maintain clean data in project management and CRM platforms
- Automation Watchdog π: Monitor automations and troubleshoot any issues to keep workflows running efficiently
- Documentation Organizer π: Maintain internal documentation, templates, and tracking logs
- Team Aligner π€: Support internal communications to ensure priorities are clear and processes are followed
