Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication methods.
  • Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Accurately document client interactions and service requests for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and address complex client needs.
  • Stay informed about product developments and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage proactively with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
  • A positive and collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation assistance covered by the company).
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.
