Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication methods.
- Efficiently address and resolve client inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Accurately document client interactions and service requests for follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and address complex client needs.
- Stay informed about product developments and services to provide informed assistance.
- Engage proactively with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A positive and collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation assistance covered by the company).
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.
