Key Responsibilities
- Assist Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience by addressing client concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed on product updates and best practices in customer service.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored support.
Requirements
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
- A willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation expenses covered by the company).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
