Next Gen Internal Services

Description

At Reapra, our mission is to co-create industries for the betterment of society through Research and Practice. Our core belief is in nurturing potential founders by dedicating ample time to develop their vision for addressing long-term systemic issues. We view our current startups as the initial building blocks of a brighter future for generations to come. Our primary focus is on individuals and their commitment to solving these very long-term challenges while not relying on trending technology or hot business ideas. This distinctive approach influences how we identify potential founders, initially through in-depth self-exploration, and how we operate internally—setting us apart from conventional companies and VC firms.

Reapra is looking for individuals who are passionate about developing organisational capabilities to support the building of such Next Generation startups. As part of this role, you will take on a generalist role in one of the below mentioned areas:

  1. Legal
  2. Finance
  3. Information Management
  4. HR
  5. Wellbeing & Engagement
  6. Marketing & PR
  7. Translation

Fundamental to the Company’s long-term mission and vision, you would be working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address the Group’s operational and expansion needs. This may also extend to spearheading projects related to developing the organisation’s capability towards the Company’s long term vision and mission.

As part of the screening process, applicants will go through a discernment process called Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) where you will build a model of self-understanding as a personal blueprint to enhance your learning and work. Through this discernment process, applicants will also get to know Reapra’s venture building methodology, called Mastery by Co-Creating with Society (MCCwS) to assess overlaps in their career direction with the Company’s mission and mission.

We highly encourage you to apply for this role if you are: (1) curious about participating in a fun and engaging self-discovery process to give some long-term direction in your career path, (2) enthusiastic about the role of Internal Services in organisations but would like to explore an alternative pathway beyond a typical corporate ladder, (3) interested in co-creating novel systems and frameworks of learning related to Internal Services and organisational capability building.

Join us to embark on a journey where you will help us redefine the venture space and build future industries!
