About the role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Mexico Revenue Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the Mexico and other South America regions . As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the Mexico strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Mexico business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the Mexico market.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.

  • Lead Generation: Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.

  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.

  • Brand Positioning: Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the Japanese market to attract and retain clients.

  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are

  • You are passionate about text-to-speech AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology.

  • 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.

  • Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.

  • Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
