We are looking for an experienced Medicare Sales agent who will provide value to our growing Medicare-eligible population. You will be part of an empathetic and motivated team where you will become an expert at Medicare insurance and grow this new initiative at HealthSherpa from the ground up. This is a call-heavy position where you will leverage our large network and present solutions from our portfolio of products. You will report to an Assistant Manager of Medicare Sales.
The compensation for this role is $17/hour + tiered bonus structure + equity + benefits including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
Help consumers understand how Medicare works
Enroll consumers in health coverage
Meet monthly sales targets
Carefully follow compliance requirements from HealthSherpa, insurance carriers, CMS, and state regulators (training will be provided)
1+ year of call center, outbound sales, or telesales experience
A dedicated work area separated from other living areas that provides information privacy
Current Life, Accident or Health insurance license (required)
Bonus: Current AHIP / Medicare certifications
