The Opportunity:

We are seeking a certified Medical Coder with expertise in Home Health Care Coding and OASIS review. The ideal candidate should hold certifications in HCS-D or BCHH-C for coding, and HCS-O, COS-C, or COQS for OASIS.

These remote positions offer you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply ICD-10 codes for home health diagnoses and procedures.
  • Review and validate OASIS documentation to ensure compliance with CMS regulations.
  • Ensure coding and OASIS assessments are accurate and complete for billing and quality reporting.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certifications in HCS-D or BCHH-C (coding) and HCS-O, COS-C, or COQS (OASIS).
  • 2+ years of experience in home health coding or OASIS review.
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines and home health billing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or experience in coding audits and quality assurance.

    Service Fee:

    Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

    Hours:

    US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
