Position Summary 

We’re seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of continuous experience working in-house at a tech company, or within an advertising agency environment, who is naturally highly organized and detail-oriented that thrives juggling multiple priorities. Aviation experience is a plus but not required. 

PartsBase is rapidly growing and this is a great opportunity to hone the marketing team’s operation into a well-oiled, dynamic machine, and build relationships across the organization that enable us to drive revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management & Execution 

  • Own the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery 

  • Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, capacity planning and dependencies across teams 

  • Own and run a regular cadence of team meetings to keep project momentum strong and provide clear visibility into what needs to happen next. 

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and implement an ongoing project management methodology and long-term program 

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and projects are delivered on time and within scope 

  • Organize and track creative, content, and digital marketing tasks in project management tools 

  • Develop and maintain a communications calendar to align with lead generation goals and customer-facing enablement. 

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal project updates and cross-functional coordination  

  • Support external and internal client communication by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking action items 

  • Facilitate task collaboration and completion between marketing strategists, designers, writers, and developers 

Marketing Support 

  • Coordinate asset collection and organization for campaigns, content creation, and events 

  • Manage campaign QA process and participate in proofing to ensure deliverables adhere to brand and technical standards. 

  • Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, project briefs, timelines, and reports 

Process Improvement 

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest process optimizations 

  • Create and refine project workflows and documentation to improve efficiency 

  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and perform project retrospectives 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of continuous marketing or project coordination experience. Candidates with agency experience are preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS business models (preferred) 

  • Proven ability to create and improve processes to support project flow and team collaboration 

  • Familiarity with marketing concepts across digital, content, and campaign execution 

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) 

  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment 

  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience is a plus
