You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, driving campaign effectiveness, and optimizing data-driven insights. If you are passionate about marketing automation, campaign operations, and analytics, this opportunity is for you.

About the Team:
The Marketing Operations team is part of the Marketing organization and is responsible for enabling our revenue engine to outperform, bring operational thought leadership for a strategic focus, build scalable processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency and bring operational excellence, and provide sustainable technology solutions to keep pace with rapid growth of the business.

This team member will have responsibility for continuously monitoring and measuring, providing analysis, and optimizing program performance. As a supporting member of the International Marketing team, the candidate will be the key liaison to the Global Marketing Operations team and an internal advocate for all marketing operation needs and requirements internationally, including privacy and GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of effective lead lifecycle management and scoring methods and processes, as well as expertise in optimizing Marketo program execution to drive higher conversions and marketing-qualified leads for sales.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Email Marketing & Automation: Lead the execution of flawless, timely email marketing campaigns—including one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic-content campaigns. Design and manage automation workflows such as nurture programs, drip campaigns, and event-triggered communications.
    • Campaign Execution: Collaborate on the creation of lead capture forms and partner with the web development team to design landing pages supporting acquisition and engagement initiatives. Manage campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and expanding revenue within the existing customer base.
    • Webinar Management: Oversee end-to-end webinar execution, from audience acquisition to post-webinar follow-up, ensuring high engagement and successful outcomes.
    • Database Management: Own and manage the international marketing database, collaborating with Field Marketing Managers to grow, govern, and optimize data. Ensure database accuracy and effectiveness in driving targeted campaigns.
    • Data Management: Manage data imports, list scrubbing, and database updates. Ensure smooth integration with third-party tools (e.g., Apollo.io) and support the cleanliness and accuracy of marketing data.
    • Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to global dashboards and aggregate reports, offering regional insights. Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights to marketing managers, helping to optimize and refine regional marketing efforts.
    • Campaign Enablement: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional marketing teams, providing training on enabled programs and offering expertise on global nurture strategies. Support the management of regional email campaign calendars and performance monitoring.
    • Team Collaboration & Support: Partner with regional marketing teams to provide training and support on systems, processes, and campaign enablement. Facilitate regular communication between centralized Marketing Operations and regional teams.
    • Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present regional marketing metrics, aligning performance and budgets to quarterly goals. Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with pipeline targets and strategic objectives.

We’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, including database management, campaign execution, and marketing automation.
    • Expertise in Marketo (Marketo certification is a plus) and experience managing large-scale, automated marketing campaigns.
    • Strong familiarity with the marketing technology landscape, including CRM, data analysis, and integration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense).
    • Proven experience with data privacy compliance and laws (e.g., GDPR).
    • Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and data management, including data manipulation and presentation skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong project management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, providing training and support.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in data analysis using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Looker.
    • Hands-on experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation, and Sales Engagement tools.
