Marketing Manager (DTC Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires expertise in multi-channel marketing, customer acquisition, and event coordination to drive brand engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign execution, data-driven decision-making, and event planning. This position features two days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute DTC marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, email, social media, influencer marketing, and traditional advertising.
    • Oversee event planning and coordination, including trade shows, pop-up events, brand activations, and sponsorships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branded initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
$80,000 - $95,000 a year
This position features bonus potential.
