About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on content and events, with an emphasis on the Polish and Baltic markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating and managing impactful content strategies, event marketing, and digital presence while also ensuring alignment with business growth objectives. As a key contributor to our expansion, you’ll shape our marketing vision, oversee the company’s website redesign, and produce high-quality content in Polish and English to support sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and own a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on attracting, engaging, and converting leads across all stages of the funnel
Set measurable objectives aligned with business goals and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve on the strategy
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives
Brand Building & Content Strategy:
Develop and refine brand positioning and messaging to strengthen brand awareness and establish our company as a thought leader within HR technology
Develop and execute a content-driven marketing strategy tailored to the Polish and Baltic markets, with a focus on HR management in large organizations
Oversee the production of high-value sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns
Manage content creation for social media and other digital platforms to engage target audiences effectively
Ensure that all content is available in both Polish and English, with localization considerations for each market
Lead the complete website redesign, including SEO optimization, to improve online visibility and lead generation
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking for content and event marketing effectiveness, focusing on key metrics such as lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates
Conduct regular analysis and reporting on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and future growth
Collaborate with internal teams to set up HubSpot or other relevant CRM and marketing automation tools to support tracking and reporting needs
Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to adapt strategy accordingly
Freelancer & Consultant Management:
Coordinate and manage the work of freelancers and consultants involved in content creation, SEO, and event planning
Ensure quality control and brand consistency in all outsourced work
Oversee contracting, project timelines, and deliverables for external partners.
Future Team Growth & Development: As the marketing function expands, play a key role in hiring and developing a dedicated team
About You:
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused industries
Native-level proficiency in Polish and fluency in English (both written and spoken) are required
Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies
Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
Ability to manage freelancers and consultants, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency
Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing tactics, and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot) is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights
