The Role
Operating globally, Pixl8 Group Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in how technology and tooling can be used to optimise the processes and engagement of our clients, and have great attention to detail and communication skills. This role will play an important role in supporting marketing and sales activity across: brand awareness, lead generation, event organisation, and client and partner nurture.
As Marketing Executive you will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Director, Head of Content, and report into the Head of Marketing.
While the role is a remote-hybrid role, there is a requirement to travel for some events, predominantly in the London area, which will involve infrequent out-of-hours work.
Your core accountabilities are as follows:
- Maximise content reach and engagement
Ensure blogs, guides, and whitepapers are effectively repurposed across social media and newsletters. Implement the social media strategy to boost brand awareness and audience interaction. - Optimise campaign performance and CRM data
Manage email nurture sequences and LinkedIn sales campaigns. Maintain and optimise CRM data to support lead generation, segmentation, and sales processes. - Plan and execute marketing events
Coordinate logistics for client and prospect events, including venue selection, supplier management, and on-the-day support. Assist in organising conference participation and stand management. - Maintain and develop brand assets
Update and optimise company websites to ensure accurate and engaging content. Create and manage sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets. - Track performance and drive continuous improvement
Monitor and report back to the team on key marketing metrics and results of in-progress work.

Marketing-focus:
- Product/services promotion: Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans to promote our products/services.
- Social Media and content repurposing: Ensuring blogs, guides, whitepapers, etc are used to their best advantage across social media accounts. Engaging with clients and partners posts and updates. Implementing the social media strategy in line with the marketing and content strategy.
- Newsletters: Own the management of all client and prospect newsletters. Organise, create, and send outward facing newsletters, and update data following for lead generation and client nurture purposes.
- Events: Provide support for both client and prospect events including; venue selection, supplier and delegate organisation, and on-the-day support. Provide support for conference organisation including; organising suppliers, liaising with conference organisers, and stand construction and management.
- Website updates: Manage and maintain brand websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to optimise visitor journeys across the sites.
- Client engagement: Facilitate softer touchpoints with clients, such as organising celebrations for go-live milestones, organising content-gathering meetings and following up for content sign off, and working with the CSMs to maintain strong client relationships.
Sales-focus:
- Data management: Working with the sales team, ensure prospect and client data held in our CRM is present, up to date, and segmented correctly. Work with Head of Marketing and Chief Revenue Officer on optimising data for sales and marketing use including list creation and management.
- Linkedin sales campaigns: Organise and run LinkedIn campaigns targeted to specific geographies and engagement groups.
- Email campaign management: Utilise Hubspot for email nurture and sales sequencing campaigns.
Combined:
- Assets: Create and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations (experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides, Adobe/Canva an advantage, but not required)
- Dashboard reporting: Collating and maintaining dashboard on marketing data from digital and CRM sources to support tracking and measurement of success
- Internal comms: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and sales efforts are aligned and integrated.
- Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
- General organisation and administration support: Keep good relationships with suppliers including storage, events, merchandise, printing, etc., ensuring smooth marketing operations.
