Position Overview:

Trella Health is searching for a Marketing Content Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity — turning great ideas into high-impact content that sparks conversations and conversions. From SEO-driven website content to persuasive email copy to an engaging social media presence, you’ll craft stories that capture attention, build trust, and drive results.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, using data to inform content decisions while bringing our brand to life across digital channels, social platforms, events, and beyond. This role is pivotal in strengthening Trella’s position as the leader in our industry.

Location: Atlanta HQ (remote/hybrid)

Reports to: Director of Growth

As the Marketing Content Specialist at Trella, you will:

  • Craft persuasive, results-driven messaging for web, emails, ads, collateral, and other marketing materials — effectively communicating Trella’s value to drive demand.
  • Support Trella’s thought leadership efforts by staying ahead of market shifts and creating compelling content for blogs, trend reports, presentations, and more — turning complex ideas into impactful stories that reinforce Trella’s industry expertise.
  • Manage and optimize Trella’s social media presence by keeping up with platform trends, engaging with industry professionals, and maintaining a robust content calendar to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and strengthen industry influence.
  • Write press releases and drive earned media efforts by pitching story ideas to publications, securing speaking opportunities, and highlighting Trella through industry awards.
  • Work closely with Trella’s event lead to create trade show content, manage promotional materials, and support event logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with PeopleOps on recruitment marketing, workplace awards, internal communications, and company events to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Research industry trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback to refine messaging, enhance content strategy, and strengthen market positioning.

  • A curious, journalistic mindset with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, a passion for storytelling, and a strong understanding of marketing and copywriting principles to elevate brands, build trust, and drive action.
  • A collaborative spirit and excitement for partnering with healthcare subject matter experts — including internal Trellavators, consultants, customers, and industry leaders — to brainstorm ideas and gather insights that drive campaign and marketing goals.
  • Experience with digital marketing best practices, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, digital advertising, email, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Marketo, Google Analytics, Buffer, SEMrush, PR Newswire, Canva, and/or similar marketing platforms.
  • Always eager to dig in, learn, and make an impact.
