Manager, Sales Enablement

Core BTS is searching for a Manager, Sales Enablement, will lead and have responsibility for all Sales Enablement initiatives which includes onboarding new team members as well as continuously improving the skills for the current GTM sales organization. 

Essential Duties

    • Manage all aspects of Sales Enablement to meet corporate objectives and empower our Clients with cutting-edge solutions that drive measurable results.  
    • Maintain Highspot Content Management Platform: Own the development, organization, and maintenance of the Highspot platform ensuring it is up to date and easily accessible by the GTM Organization.
    • Design and provide effective and measurable enablement content, for all GTM Team Member and GTM Leadership Team Members. Ensure creation, dissemination, and updates of all sales enablement collateral including sales methodology, sales playbooks, pitch decks, data sheets, call scripts, FAQs, competitive battle cards, etc.
    • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure they design and implement ongoing training programs utilizing relevant and valuable content that you obtain and create focused on sales methodologies, product knowledge, competitive landscape, and other key areas that drive sales success.
    • Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to define and refine the sales process, ensuring alignment across all teams and efficient workflows from lead generation through to deal close.
    • Provide ongoing support in streamlining workflows, improving CRM adoption, and optimizing the sales pipeline for better forecasting and conversion rates.
    • Actively participate in Sales Team meetings to ensure sales enablement strategies and programs are understood and are actively being embraced.
    • You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Offers, Director, Marketing Demand Generation, Marketing Leadership Team, Partner Alliance Leadership team, and sales teams to devise and drive execution of Core BTS’ GTM strategy in support of our business objectives.
    • Provide program measurements and reports of the same to GTM Leadership Team Members monthly.
    • Collaborates with GTM Leadership Team Members to understand priorities, then aligns strategic enablement programs to support sales objectives
    • Technology Stack: Collaborate with Cross Functional Leadership Team Members to build and maintain a technology stack to drive scale, automation, and efficiency. Source, purchase, and maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities GTM Team members need to be successful.
    • Establish a cadence to include updates and collect feedback. Lead cross-functional teams to refresh and/or execute to design, plan, implement, and manage sales/channel enablement programs and initiatives
    • Design and facilitate on demand and live enablement (new hire onboarding and existing GTM Team Members) to move from good to great across roles
    • Obtain and provide the content required for all aspects of the sales process
    • Build a reporting process to measure, manage, and optimize sales enablement results. Develop the metrics and the overall KPIs for the sales enablement team and initiatives, communicate out and measure against results pivoting as necessary to improve overall performance.
    • Other duties as assigned and directed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Prior success as a sales professional, advisory services professional, or the equivalent of an Advisory Sales Enablement role.
    • 7 - 9 years of experience in Sales Enablement capacity.
    • Proficient in use of productivity tools, customer relationship management tools, and marketplace awareness of vendor technologies to support the enhancement of the sales organization.
    • Ability to develop and secure relationships with buyers, decision makers, influencers, and other referral sources across a variety of industries.
    • Success in working closely with service line leaders, partners, practitioners, and other Sales Executives to develop strategies and tactics that drive targeting programs and win business.

$120,000 - $135,000 a year
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary incentive plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
