Manager, Demand Gen

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to spearhead initiatives that drive inbound pipeline growth, enhance brand awareness, and contribute directly to revenue objectives. As an individual contributor, you will own and optimize demand generation strategies, leveraging your expertise in data-driven marketing to deliver measurable results. Reporting to the CMO, this role demands a combination of hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic insight to create impactful campaigns.

This position is laser-focused on owning and achieving pipeline targets. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing demand generation strategies across key channels, reporting on campaign performance, and refining efforts to maximize impact. In addition to driving measurable outcomes, you'll play a mentorship role, demonstrating leadership skills to inspire and guide teammates as opportunities arise. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing company with $55M in revenue and a dynamic team of 100-500 employees.

    • Create, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, email, content marketing, webinars, and events) to drive inbound pipeline
    • Partner with Sales, BDRs, and other stakeholders to address challenges, close pipeline gaps, and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and revenue goals
    • Shift the focus from MQLs to pipeline generation, reporting on campaign outcomes and their impact on revenue objectives
    • Leverage Salesforce campaigns and reporting tools to monitor inbound pipeline performance, analyze sources, and identify optimization opportunities
    • Conduct customer and market research to inform targeting strategies and improve demand generation efforts
    • Share campaign stories that highlight A/B testing results, pipeline contributions, and strategic adjustments for greater ROI
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet goals
    • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine and elevate strategies

About You

    • 5+ years in demand generation, marketing, or related fields, with demonstrated ability to own and achieve pipeline targets
    • Knowledge of lead models, opportunity models, and sales capacity planning to design effective pipeline strategies
    • Expertise in Google Ads, social ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce (campaigns and reporting)
    • Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
    • Proven ability to collaborate with BDRs and Sales teams to address challenges and drive measurable outcomes
    • A self-starter with the initiative to lead by example and mentor others
    • Experience working in companies with 100-500 employees; familiarity with scaling in dynamic, growth-focused environments
    • International experience is a plus but not required
