Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists and other providers to transform kidney care through a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. YOUR ROLE
The Manager, Biomedical Informatics is responsible for translating clinical requirements into data and data into clinical indicators. You will own and maintain logic of key nephrology clinical indicators, developing code sets and clinical algorithms to improve care, and coordinate with IT and reporting to make these data points available to our field teams and physician partners by taking in complex clinical requirements, and translating them into actionable data insights. This role will collaborate with our clinical leadership and physician partners as needed.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
HOW YOU QUALIFY
Pay range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000, with exact pay determined based on experience, education, demand for role, geographic location, and other role-specific criteria.
