Beam is looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally with business domain experts, analytics, and engineering teams to design and implement our Data Lakehouse model (Data Lake + Data Warehouse). You will design, implement and scale data pipelines that transform data into actionable information that enables decision making. You will drive initiatives to formalize data governance and quality assurance. You will have a significant part in building a solid data foundation for a data-driven company.

You're a leader with a passion for data, collaboration, and supporting people. You possess a strong knowledge of both data modeling and engineering. You're confident with cloud technologies and infrastructure like AWS. You're comfortable working independently while collaborating across various business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You are unafraid to tackle the unfamiliar and bring clarity to complex concepts.
$150,000 - $175,000 a year

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors.
