Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and clients to optimize routes and resolve any issues or delays.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Act as a point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any transportation-related concerns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify areas for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements
